Today I ate: breakfast: 2 eggo waffles (cheater!!!) :bang: butter water snack: Atkins Chocolate Shake lunch: shrimp, zucchini & squash pan fried in butter diet Dr. Pepper dinner: chicken breast asparagus I’m determined to get back on track!
